Introduction

Adinfern Shepherds Harmony – a sweeter full bodied Cabernet – was introduced during the Margaret River Wine Festival in November 2002 and since then it has captured the taste buds of both new and traditional red wine enthusiasts.

The 2007 Shepherds Harmony presents aromas of ripe mixed red and black berries with a hint of lightness and bubblegum.  The late picked grapes and non-intrusive tannins result in a silky smooth palate with a mixture of lush ripe red fruit leading to a lush light toffee/caramel finish, particularly when served chilled.
