Introduction |
The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc presents a weighty nose of asparagus, artichocke and sweet pea aromas, with some paw paw and honeydew tropical notes at the top end. This dry and medium to full bodied wine follows the nose with subtle asparagus, peppermint and pea flavours, however the fruiter melon flavour contributes significantly and lingers for a long while.
