Introduction

The grapes for this wine were hand picked from two rows of Pinot Noir vines planted in 1997 and then the wine hand made by owner, Merv Smith.  The property was previously farmed by Merv and Jan Smith for sheep, producing prime lambs and wool, with the couple planting their first vines in 1996.  Merv completed the Boutique Winemakers Course at TAFE in Margaret River in 2002 and the Musterers range of wines is completely made by the couple at Adinfern Estate.

This wine has a vibrant ruby red shade with a toasty biscuit aroma.  The light bodied palate will provide light strawberry flavours with a savoury finish.
